FREE(HOLD)
a devotional live art workn:u (melissandre varin) gathers artists Ãssia Ghendir, Kelvin Atmadibrata, Sel Kofiga and Xie Rong (aka Echo Morgan), unearthing tensions faced by those settling in the belly of the colonial beast.
Guided by spiritual, material and human encounters, the artists engage with ideas of land ownership, liberation, and the inherited, moving intimately with the ghosts of Empire. FREE(HOLD) reflects on the ways systems of dominance, sick capitalism and accumulation condition and pre-determine our (im)possible relationships to place, land, and belonging.
Premieres October 2026.
