Typical artist studios aren’t suitable for many performance practices, while rehearsal space in London can be prohibitively expensive.
We are seeking up to 5 performance artists to join STUDIO: Future Ritual as Studio Members. This Membership is imagined as a way for performance artists to charge their practice, offering regular space for physical work and embodied research, and providing access to our producing advisory services.

Studio Membership costs £192 per month, with a 1 month break clause.
Members get 32 hours of studio space per month (£6 p/h!), bookable in 4 hour blocks. There are blocks in the morning, afternoon and evening. Space is booked through an online platform. Additional space may be available on an ad hoc basis, at no extra cost.
Membership also gives you 6 advisory sessions with the Future Ritual team each year, exploring ideas around work, projects and producing.
And you’ll get a 50% discount all event tickets and on your choice of one of our intensive workshops each year.
We are curating the membership, partly for practical reasons around its nature as a time share, and with the ambition to create an intergenerational community of artists we feel an artistic alignment with.

about the space
The light-filled main space measures 18m x 5m. Most of the floor is covered in harlequin dance flooring. STUDIO is on the second floor. There is no lift access. There are all-gender bathrooms on the same floor.
